How can i follow the status of my order?

Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or state will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually dispatch the goods to you. A contract will be made between you and us the moment the goods are dispatched (and not before), and you have been charged for the goods. Kazafoods starts processing your order from the moment your payment has been received. Additionally, we will send you an email with the invoice as soon as your order is shipped.

How can I pay for my order?

To ensure transactions are safe, payment of your order is carried out via Paypal or bank transfer. After completion of your order, you will receive the total amount along with our bank details. Finalize your transaction with Paypal or the bank transfer. Please note that Paypal or bank costs may be charged. These costs are at your expense. Your order will be dispatched upon receipt of the total order amount.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel or change your order by email or phone before the goods are processed or shipped (at no charge). 

It is not possible to cancel your order once your order has been confirmed by Kazafoods. Your order will be confirmed by us via email once we have received the payment. After that we immediately start picking and packing your order so therefore it is not possible to cancel your order once this process started.

What is the standard shipping method?

Our standard shipping method is that we send the goods via DHL. The advantage of shipment via DHL is the short lead time. However, if orders really exceed a certain size our logistics team will explore if there are more cost saving possibilities such as shipment via other courier services. Of course we will inform you about this once relevant.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs depends on several factors such as country of destination and order weight. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and added during checkout. These costs are visible at step 2 in the Checkout process. On this page you can immediately see the total order amount and shipping costs.

What are the delivery lead times?

When we have received your payment, we will send out your order as soon as possible. Our delivery partners aim to deliver your order within 2 to 7 working days from invoice date. If your order has been handed out to the delivery service, you will receive a track & trace e-mail from Kazafoods with a tracking number.

DO YOU CARRY EVERYTHING I NEED?

We carry almost everything regular African stores have, and then some. If there is any product you will like to see here, please let us know and we will do our best to make it available for you.

How can i return my order?

In case of damage or bad quality of a product, please notify us by e-mail immediately within 48 days after delivery. Please read the Return & Refund Policy for more informations.
